Powder Coating

Powder Coating is an electrostatic process where colored dry powder is charged electrically to very high voltages and then sprayed onto the surface to be painted. The piece is then taken to an oven and heated to 375 degrees until the powder flows and wraps around the entire piece producing a very rich look that is also extremely durable. We have seen jobs lasting more than 10 years exposed to sunlight.
